Three young Valais winegrowers have combined their friendship, their passion and their know-how to produce an exceptional cuvée.
From three different terroirs scattered in Valais, and vinified separately in each of their family cellars, CAB3 perfectly reflects the diversity and richness of our wine region and its talents.
The three friends have carefully chosen the best Cabernet grapes from each plot to produce a wine of great finesse.
Beyond its taste qualities, this confidential cuvée embodies essential values for its producers: the enhancement of the terroir, friendship and authenticity.

Three friends for one wine…
Every year when the Cab3 vintage comes out, the same thrills take me away:
Iapotheosis with the discovery of the famous Cab3, the audience is silent and we hear more than the wine flowing into the glass. The silence comments on the respect that each guest has for the nectar presented. The silence is only broken by praise. The enhancement of the formation is evident in these growths, it is a first victory.
For me, the strongest emotion lies in the journey of our three friends. Between 2005 and 2008, François, Vincent and Nicolas were not leaders by attending the benches of Châteauneuf, perhaps leader outside the benches…. But when I hear the three young people talk about their profession and their products with such poise, such precision and such passion, I wonder what journey and what lesson they give me for having made a hasty first judgment. I love making these mistakes.
Congratulations to you three, you deserve your success, continue to offer us these emotions and carry us away with your wines.
Above all, perpetuate this beautiful friendship that lives in you.
